The Accelerator
We embed in your business for 30 days. Four structured calls, with the work happening between them. You get process maps for every key operation, a full tool stack audit, SOP drafts for your top processes, a scored automation opportunity register, and a Butler blueprint that sets out exactly what gets built in months 1, 2 and 3 — and what it's worth. At the end you have a complete operational picture and a fully scoped Butler proposal with a 30-day decision window.
The 30-day structure

- Week 3: Blueprint walkthrough call (60 min)

The Business Butler
The Butler is where the automations live. Every engagement is scoped directly from your Accelerator blueprint, so you only pay for what your business actually needs. Some clients start with one or two automations running quietly in the background. Others want the full picture — briefings, reports, client communication flows, the lot. Either way, nothing goes out until you approve it, and you can add more as confidence builds.

Your rate is locked in when we agree the engagement. Any changes to scope are discussed and agreed with you first — nothing changes without your sign-off.
The Discovery call is completely free. The Accelerator is a fixed price — £2,500 to £3,000 depending on scope — and you know exactly what you're getting before you commit. The Butler starts from £500/month and is scoped to what your business actually needs. We'll tell you honestly in the Discovery report whether the numbers make commercial sense for you.
Monthly rolling agreements. You're not locked into a long contract. Most clients stay because the value is clear — not because they have to.
